Register with the NDPC

Combined attachments must total under 4MB. If your documents are larger, submit the form without them and email the rest to contact@kaizenlegal.ng referencing your organisation's name.

Section 10 — what happens once you submit this: (1) we review your answers and come back to you with any queries, usually within three working days; (2) we confirm the class your organisation falls into and the fee payable, and invoice you for it; (3) we open the registration record with the Commission, complete the filing and submit it; (4) we send you the registration certificate once it issues, together with the renewal or annual return date, which we diarise on your behalf; (5) tell us promptly if anything material changes afterwards — the Commission must be notified of significant changes within 60 days. Please do not send us more personal data than the questions call for: we need categories and descriptions, not the underlying records themselves.
